Curb appeal is very important to us, so we work hard to protect your office community’s aesthetic standards every day.  A highly experienced professional management company, First Service Residential, manages all SHB Development office communities.

First Service performs regular inspections of all common areas including landscaping.  They also ensure that CC&R and architectural control systems are in compliance. And, they work to maintain pleasant and inviting living environments for our owners through the fair enforcement of community standards.  When violations are discovered, the proprietary monitoring system facilitates quick resolution.

Board of Directors

Each community is set up with a three-member Board of Directors who meet regularly to discuss the specific issues involved in each local area.  They work closely with the management company to ensure proper adherence to all laws and regulations.  In addition to regular meetings, they provide regular communication to the owners.
